These terms are an agreement between you and ManaMD, LLC, and govern your use of this website and the ManaMD app. By using either, you agree to them. Team agreements signed with your company take precedence over these terms where they differ.
ManaMD provides territory intelligence for field sales teams: market data drawn from public federal sources, modeled opportunity estimates, activity tracking, and AI-generated summaries. The app requires a license for full use.
Paid plans are priced annually per company, banded by field team size, as described on the pricing page. Pilot programs run on the terms agreed before the pilot begins, and pilot fees are credited against a converting annual agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as agreed in writing.
You may use ManaMD to support lawful commercial activity in your own territory. You may not resell or redistribute the data, scrape or bulk-export it to build a competing product, share license seats between users, or use the service in violation of applicable law, including laws governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
The activity you record in the app (visits, notes, follow-ups, and sales figures you import) is yours. The compilation, modeling, software, and branding are ours. Public source data remains subject to the terms of the agencies that publish it.
Market sizes and whitespace figures are modeled estimates built from Medicare fee-for-service data; they are labeled as such in the product and are provided to inform judgment, not replace it. ManaMD does not provide medical, legal, billing, or coding advice. The service is provided "as is," and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, where ManaMD, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent through the support page.
