ManaMD
About

Why we built ManaMD.

Commercial intelligence in medical devices splits along company size. The largest manufacturers buy dedicated platforms, staff analytics teams, and give their reps ranked target lists. Everyone else runs territories on spreadsheets, memory, and whatever the last rep left behind.

What separates the platforms from the spreadsheets is not secret data. It is the work of turning authoritative sources like Medicare claims, industry payment records, provider registries, recall databases, and trial registries into something a rep can act on in the field. That work used to require a dedicated data team. It doesn't anymore.

So we built ManaMD: the intelligence layer rebuilt at a price the other several thousand device companies can justify, delivered on the phone reps already carry, and honest about where every number comes from.

Why "Mana"?

In some cultures, mana is power a person carries. It is earned through skill and recognized by others, not granted by a title or a territory assignment.

The same is true of good sales representatives. A rep who knows every account, every physician, and every case pattern in a territory walks into conversations with a weight that newer reps don't have. ManaMD gives every rep that knowledge from day one.

The MD is the simpler half. It is who our users serve, and where every conversation in this industry ends up: with a physician making a decision about a patient.

How we operate

We are veteran-owned, founder-led, and self-funded. No outside investors means the roadmap answers to customers, and the pricing doesn't have to fund anyone's growth targets but our own. We also know what buying from a young company means for you, so agreements include transition terms, and your data exports cleanly if we ever part ways.

We sell through evidence rather than persuasion. Demos run on live product with real data, and new customers start with a structured pilot whose success criteria are agreed before it begins. A tool for sales teams should be comfortable being sold that way.

We are deliberate about honesty in the product. Data sources are labeled on every screen. Models are called models. Medicare-only views say so. A sales tool that inflates numbers eventually embarrasses the person carrying it, and that is the opposite of what we're for.

Talk to the people who build it.
