ManaMD
For sales leaders

Give every rep the territory knowledge of your best rep.

Most territory knowledge lives in the heads of tenured reps and leaves when they do. ManaMD puts the procedure data, account history, and activity record in one place your whole team shares.

One source of truth

The same numbers, on every phone.

Every rep sees the same territory math: market size, whitespace, trends, and activity. Territory reviews start from shared facts instead of competing spreadsheets, and the conversation moves to what to do next.

Analytics on the web

Reps get the app. You get the analysis.

Leadership and commercial ops work in a web analysis workspace that is included with every agreement, with unlimited seats. Reports open from commercial workflow packs (market opportunity, new provider watch, IDN opportunity, contract coverage, renewal risk), run as live queries on the same data your reps carry, and export to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Territory design with evidence

Procedure volumes and modeled whitespace are visible by account, device line, and geography. When you split or redraw a territory, you can see what each half is actually worth instead of guessing from last year's sales.

Faster ramp for new hires

A new rep opens the app and sees every account, its volumes, its trends, and its history with your company. The six months a new hire usually spends discovering the territory compresses into their first week.

Field activity, without the chase

Visit logs, follow-ups, and account statuses accumulate as reps work, because logging takes two taps instead of an evening. Team usage rolls up by rep (visits, follow-ups, briefs generated), so you see where attention is going without asking for call reports.

A common definition of opportunity

When everyone ranks accounts by the same whitespace math, pipeline conversations get shorter. The debate moves from whose list is right to what to do about the top of it.

Rollout

How teams adopt ManaMD

Pilot

Start with a 90-day pilot: a pilot group of reps, 25% of your annual tier, success criteria agreed before it begins. Details on the pilot page.

Review

At the end of the pilot, we review the agreed metrics together: whitespace visits, logged activity, and pipeline attributable to the target list.

Roll out

Convert to an annual company agreement and your pilot fees are credited in full. CRM sync, web analytics, team usage rollups, and custom device-line mapping are included in every tier.

Reps install the app on their own iPhone or iPad, sign in with a license, and pick up their territory the same day. There is no integration project to schedule before a pilot can start. The CRM connection comes later, with the rollout, when it has a proven list to feed.

Start the conversation with one territory.

Tell us your device lines and team size, and we will scope a pilot with you.
